Loops keep your media at its own shape

The loops now have the same Media Fit control the showreels do, and 193 of them start on Natural — a 16:9 screenshot arrives as a 16:9 screenshot instead of cut to a square slot.

Media Fit sits at the top of the Media section. On Natural nothing is cut off: each piece keeps the ratio you uploaded it with, and the layout is spaced for the shape most of your reel is. Switch to Crop and the shape picker comes back exactly where it was.
The loops whose cards tile a surface — the walls, the globes, the grids, the corridors, the magazine spreads — take the reel’s shape for every slot and still fill it, so a mixed reel never punches holes in them.
Templates with a shape of their own keep cutting to it. Eye Gallery is still 2:3, Coverflow still 3:2, Mirage still 16:9 — those are what those loops look like.
Reels you have already saved are untouched: they keep the framing they were made with.

Rig: two robot arms build each screen panel by panel

Your work arrives in pieces. Two robot arms reach off frame, fly a panel in and seat it, row after row, until the whole screen stands assembled on the floor. Then the camera pulls back over the finished column.

Each screen is cut into rows, and each row into one, two or three panels. A triple ends with one arm swinging back for the keystone that closes the row.
Fill the rows top to bottom, middle out, edges in, or scattered.
Blocks keep your media’s own shape, so a tall full-page screenshot is cut into more panels and the camera scrolls it at full width. Or crop everything to one slot.
Set the arm colour and size, the shadow the rig casts on the board, the alignment grid behind it, and how long each placement and pause takes.

Cloud renders up to 2x faster, and fresher Comet and VFlip defaults

VFlip, Rise, Folio and Comet now render 20 to 48% faster in the cloud, and a fresh Comet or VFlip reel opens on a retuned default look.

The blur these templates animate during transitions was half of every cloud render. It is now baked once per image instead of recomputed on every frame: rest frames are pixel-identical, transitions are indistinguishable.
Folio's folder shadows are pre-drawn sprites, so its renders are lighter too.
Comet opens on a light gradient with its background word printed like a watermark, more air along the arc, and a square crop.
VFlip opens on a softly blurred chromatic wallpaper with a square crop, instead of the old desktop wallpaper.

Viscose: your work rides a liquid ring that melts apart card by card

Your work forms a liquid ring that turns, stretches and melts apart one card at a time, with honey threads between the pieces and a glass lip bending whatever sits behind it. The project name, type and year morph alongside each card.

Set the heading that sits at the centre of the ring, and name each project so the lockups read like a real index.
Media Scale grows the ring along with the cards, so a large scale spreads the ring instead of fusing neighbours into one blob.
Turn the cursor and the card reaction on or off, and pick a light or dark ground to match your work.
Deterministic from the first frame: scrub anywhere in the preview and the goo, threads and text land exactly where the render will.

A real editor on your phone

The "switch to desktop" wall is gone. Open the editor on your phone and the preview stays on screen while you browse templates, tweak settings, and add media from a dock under the player.

Templates and Settings open as half-height sheets over the preview, so every tap applies live and the reel never leaves the screen.
Your media sits in a dock right under the player: upload, screenshot a site, or pick from your library without leaving the reel.
On desktop, the selected-media dock now minimises to a slim bar with one tap, and remembers your choice.

Manage your account in one place: profile, plan and storage, password, connected sign-in methods, active sessions, email preferences, and account deletion.

Change your display name, see your plan, render count and media storage at a glance.
Set or change your password. Google-only accounts can add one with a single emailed link.
Review every device signed in to your account, sign one out, or sign out everything but this one.
Choose whether you want product updates by email. Receipts and account emails always arrive.
Delete your account, media and renders permanently from the Danger zone.
